It is depressing that Constitutional amendments aren't really feasible. There has been only 27 amendments in our 244 year history, when will we have another one?

Yeah, and it’s especially easy to be disillusioned by the pretty long-shot idea that so many elected officials who are advantaged by the current system would vote to end it.
