Can you figure out a way to quantify and corellate the "soft" factors that Krugman finds in "affordability"? I found his analysis intuitively plausible, but would like to see if spme empirical work would support it.

I had the same problem. It wasn't clear that you were required to answer every question with the red asterisk.
